Thread dropping/pickups

I sometimes drop threads due to being busy, sometimes it's because I've gotten confused/lost track, and sometimes it's because it's been a day or two and I'm embarrassed about bothering the person again!

I am really crap with the etiquette with that, and don't want to bother people! So if I drop something that you actually want me to continue PLEASE SMACK ME and I'll pick it up again and I'm sorry.

(Conversely, if I won't shut up on a thread you want me to drop, also smack me!)
